As with all my clients, I start with by getting a complete picture of your dream. Based one that, I will guide you with your best interest at heart. It is not uncommon for me to discourage a property if I believe its’ not in your best interest.

Valuation is much more than number of bedrooms, baths, and square footage. So many other factors come into the picture. Obviously, location is a big consideration, as is age. Often overlooked are: colors, cleanliness, staging, and street appearance, to name a few. Make sure you are getting the best valuation by being attuned to all these elements. My experience gives you the added comfort of knowing just what to do to get the best valuation.
